How do I prepare print-ready artwork?

For the best print quality, send artwork with images at least 150 DPI at full size (or a minimum of 100–120 DPI if higher resolution is not available). Convert all text to outlines to avoid font issues, specify any critical colours as CMYK, include a 2 cm bleed, and keep your file as 1-up on a single page.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Accepted Answer

No. We deliver to residential and business street addresses only — a physical street address is required so our courier can deliver your order. Please provide your street address (home or business) at checkout.

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add items to your cart, then proceed through checkout. You can upload your artwork or request a free proof before you pay, select your delivery method and payment option, and confirm your order. A delivery estimate is shown on the ordering page and finalised on the cart page.

What file formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept PDF, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, EPS and Illustrator (AI) files. Vector formats (.AI / .EPS / .PDF) are highly recommended for ultra-sharp text and logos. A simple draft layout in a Word document is also accepted for our designers to work from.

Yes — we sell replacement banners for teardrop, feather and rectangle banners, replacement panels for fabric tube and pop-up displays, replacement fabric skins for stretch fabric counters, and replacement poles and hardware.  Replacement sizes match the original product sizes: teardrop replacement banners are 510mm x 1150mm, feather 540mm x 1530mm, rectangle 550mm x 2300mm, fabric standing banner panels 900mm x 1400mm, pop-up wall panels 2880mm x 2250mm, tube display panels 2430mm x 2280mm, and stretch fabric counter skins 1480mm x 1025mm.Prices start from around £74.00.
