No. We deliver to residential and business street addresses only — a physical street address is required so our courier can deliver your order. Please provide your street address (home or business) at checkout.

How do I prepare print-ready artwork?

For the best print quality, send artwork with images at least 150 DPI at full size (or a minimum of 100–120 DPI if higher resolution is not available). Convert all text to outlines to avoid font issues, specify any critical colours as CMYK, include a 2 cm bleed, and keep your file as 1-up on a single page.

What file formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept PDF, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, EPS and Illustrator (AI) files. Vector formats (.AI / .EPS / .PDF) are highly recommended for ultra-sharp text and logos. A simple draft layout in a Word document is also accepted for our designers to work from — just send any logos or photos as separate image files rather than embedding them in the Word document.
