Return Policy
All orders from Flagaholic may be returned within three days for a refund. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
To return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Please email service@flagaholic.com to obtain your RMA# from a Flagaholic representative.
All returned merchandise must include original packaging, manuals, accessories, cables, etc., with the RMA# clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within three days of receipt, and items must arrive at our warehouse within ten days of the return request. Free items must be returned along with purchased items to receive a full refund. Shipping and handling fees on the original order are non-refundable.
Any vouchers or gift certificates earned from a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
Flagaholic is not responsible for shipping costs or damages on returned items. We recommend using a trackable and/or insured delivery service for your protection, as credits cannot be issued without confirmed receipt.
Product Exceptions to Return Policy
Customized product orders are not eligible for return under this policy. Customized items include but are not limited to printed graphics, custom color panels, or special order products.
Limited Warranty
Flagaholic provides a 12-month limited warranty on specific items such as Pop-Up Display frames, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty repairs are free of charge, excluding shipping and handling.
This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring, or unauthorized repairs. It excludes any incidental or consequential damages and replaces all other expressed or implied warranties.
Graphics & Customized Products
All graphics and customized product claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Claims must describe any discrepancy between the approved proof (sent via email) and the received product. All claims must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt by emailing service@flagaholic.com. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored.
Printed graphics must be handled carefully. Always roll graphics with the printed side outward to avoid delamination. Flagaholic accepts no responsibility for damage caused by improper handling.
All graphics purchases are final sales. There are no warranty or refund options for graphics or accessories (e.g., water bags, carrying cases). For any issues, please follow the claims procedure stated above.
