How is the delivery fee calculated?

The final delivery fee is determined in the Shopping Cart after selecting your delivery method. If your order contains multiple products, the delivery fee is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the items. If the volume weight exceeds the actual weight, the fee is calculated using the volume weight.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Delivery time is estimated at 2-3 working days after order completion. However, if an item is not available in our store, you can still place an order, but the timeframe may be longer as the product will be sourced from Costco in the next restock round.

What factors affect my delivery time?

The delivery date depends on: (a) clearance of your payment, (b) final email approval of your items, and (c) your delivery address. Non-metropolitan or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

How can I track my order?

If you were registered when placing your order, you can check its status in the Order History section. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If multiple orders were sent to different addresses, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. You can track your order via PBT or your local post office website.

What delivery methods are used?

Flagaholic delivers online orders through UK Post and other Express Couriers for tracking purposes. We only deliver to residential or business addresses; PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.

Is there a rural delivery surcharge?

For rural addresses, a surcharge of up to £15.00 GBP may apply. We will contact you before proceeding with your order.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses in one order?

No, all products in one order can only be delivered to a single address. To ship to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders.

Delivery Fees

The delivery fee for your order is displayed on the Ordering page as an Estimated Delivery Fee. This estimated fee changes to a final delivery fee on the Shopping Cart page once you select the delivery method for your order.

If you have more than one product in your order, the delivery fee is automatically calculated based on the total weight of all products. The postage is calculated as £12 GBP per parcel, plus £1 GBP per 500g.

There is no extra delivery charge for different items being delivered at different times.

Delivery Times & Tracking

Estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days (DHL) begins once your order has been completed (Production Turnaround).

Your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

The delivery date may be affected by:

Clearance of your payment from your financial institution.
Your final email approval of artwork files.
Your delivery address — regional or non-metropolitan areas may take longer.

If you registered before placing your order, you can track its progress in the Order History section. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

You can use these tracking numbers to monitor your delivery status on the DHL or local postal website.
